This is an early version of a storyboard and slide mockups for a UDAAP eLearning course for compliance training. UDAAP, or “unfair, deceptive, or abusive practices” are misleading or harmful behaviors by those who offer financial products or services to consumers, and are illegal and highly regulated as a result of the Dodd-Frank Act of 2010. The course was created in Articulate Storyline 2 and used one of my favorite free icon sets. The final product has very company-specific information, so I am still working on a “Lorem Ipsum” version for my portfolio, but I wanted to share some of the initial instructional design work involved.
