Management Experiential Activity

This experiential activity was part of a larger training program on succession management. The program was designed to be facilitated by a district manager, with the managers in his or her region as the participants. This program taught managers how to create succession plans within their work environment. This experiential activity started off the program with a fun and interactive way to show how to prepare for new leadership and the challenges faced when teams were not prepared.

My favorite part of designing this activity was writing the instruction sheets for creating the “paper objects” – using diagrams and photos to show how the objects were made.
