Learn more about what happens behind the scenes as you interact with different teams along the way. Play the game multiple times to learn more information about the other choices you could have made.
This course is used as a review activity to help new hires understand the customer’s perspective. The course also contains quizzes and virtual and in-person job shadowing activities.
